Do you remember when you first thought of getting old? In my case, it was when I noticed my first grey hair and I was only twenty years old, way too early to think about ageing. The perspective was originally terrifying but soon enough life got in the way and the busy years kept passing. ‘Who knows where the time goes?’ as Sandy Denny used to sing. Anyway, I am here today, starting my new career in my fifties and I must say I have never been so healthy, full of energy and happy.

And you? You have lived your life, not always ‘the one you chose’ and not always winning your battles but you have reached your midlife and you are not giving up. It might have taken a long time to figure it all out, but you subconsciously know this moment may be the starting point of your happy and healthy second half of your life.
